The J-mount has a flat base to mount on any form of tower or existing surface and also comes with a handlebar clamp for a 30mm diameter bar. We also offer as an extra purchase a fitting of aluminum clamps for mounting a J-Mount on a 12mm diameter cross bar which on some handlebars has blocked the 30mm bar.

Each J-Mount title has the model name present where you can then visit your model product page and find a list of included model numbers. Some J-Mounts such as the phone mounts have general sizing and are not device-specific. for these products, there are inner dimensions given in millimeters for you to directly compare your device size (a quick Google search should do the trick).

Our 12-month guarantee applies to defects and J-Mount-related functionality issues. If your mount is not functional due to a crash or neglect use the guarantee does not apply. To receive a new mount through the guarantee process you must contact your dealer orjay@j-mount.comwith your original purchase invoice or slip to return the defective J-Mount, then after receiving your defective mount we will then ship a new mount to your dealer or you depending on your sales channel used.
